Jamie Fearn

My passion is supporting others to find their way home to themselves; body, mind, emotions and spirit. My approach to this is relational, humanistic and person-centred. I have a background in education and coaching and currently offer counselling, Hakomi, coaching and TRE (shaking).

Hakomi is a somatic practice that supports self study by slowing down and getting curious. All of these skills integrate with TRE to offer a flexible and co-created approach to learning TRE in a way that supports you.
