My interest is helping people to use themselves, in the broadest sense, better. I have been a Teacher of the Alexander Technique, STAT, for many years, and a Body Control Pilates Teacher. TRE Provider is my most recent skill. I find all three integrate well with each other and can be adjusted to suit the individual client.
