Jonathan Burton

Hi everyone, thanks for visiting my profile. Having been on the international yoga and healing scene for the last 20 years I played around with the edges of spirituality, practising yoga, tai chi and qigong without ever finding that elusive happiness. After serendipitously finding a TRE class in Thailand in 2018, it proved the catalyst for radical change, growth and a new purposeful direction in life. Using TRE as a platform to dive into much needed trauma work, I faced my worst fears and found light at the end of a dark tunnel. I loved TRE so much that I wanted to share this incredible but simple healing tool with others so became qualified to teach others the power of shaking and letting go.

My passion is to share the gift of trauma healing to help others in their own journey to health, happiness and joy.
I am also a life coach and by working through my own shadows it allows me to meet you at a level of vulnerability, trust and intimacy. I’m based in rfolk and London and am able to visit your location, or you come to mine or run . I also run monthly TRE group classes in Oval in London.
