As an abuse survivor, my approach is gentle yet thorough and I take great care to hold all clients in safety regardless of what issues surface.
While I work with any problem state. I specialise in the sensitive areas of trauma and emotional & narcissistic abuse recovery.

I run a number of TRE Groups in London, Kent and Sussex (currently online once a month). My TRE Certification Trainings are held in-person in the Kent countryside with plenty of access to nature.
