I’m Keri-Ann, and my own journey with TRE© (Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises) has been a powerful experience of healing from the inside out. Through this process, I've witnessed firsthand the profound impact of uncovering layers of trauma, from childhood to adulthood. This deep self-awareness, of both the self and the whole, has set me on a path to guide others in their own healing journey.

I combine TRE© with Fascia Release Therapy and other integration techniques to create a holistic approach that hors the body's innate wisdom and rhythms. My goal is to help you reconnect with your natural instincts for self-restoration, providing personalized support along the way.
