LINDA JOHNSON

I qualified as TRE provider in January 2018.
My background is in Person-Centred Counsellng (diploma 1996) and Dance Movement Psychotherapy (Diploma 2017). For over 20 years I have worked as a support worker for adults with mental health difficulties. I suffered from anxiety throughout my adult life and whilst therapy had helped me manage my problems TRE was the only method I found that got rid of the anxiety and bought me genuine peace.
