Holding a German licence for psychotherapy, I’m facilitating plant medicine journeys. I’m a body- and breathworker, meditation facilitator and I give 1:1 psychotherapy sessions.

Specialised (and further specialising) in healing developmental / childhood trauma (Complex PTSD) which is pandemic in our Western culture, my body & psychotherapy includes
- TRE (Tension, Stress & Trauma Releasing Exercises),
- IFS (Internal Family Systems Therapy) and
- NARM (the Neuro Affective Relational Model for healing complex trauma).
