Trained as a somatic emotional release bodyworker. My own history of growing up with chronic pain in my spine led me to find TRE after many failed surgeries. TRE was the first tool that brought me into a safe meeting point with my own body. This work taught me the importance of the nervous system and how this can relate to chronically held patterns in our bodies that can be directly linked to experiences of chronic pain.

I specialise in helping those meeting their own painful bodies, helping my clients experience that these can be safe places once again.

I also specialise in helping individuals overcome addiction through Somatic Inquiry.
