Minh Ngoc (Cristal) Ngo

Cristal Ngo is a pre-licensed professional counselor and a doctoral student in Counselor in Education. She is based in Duluth, Minnesota. She is a certified provider of Tension, Stress, and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE) through TRE for ALL, with a passion for helping individuals who have experienced trauma. Cristal has a multicultural background and experience working with people from diverse backgrounds, having lived and worked in Singapore, Vietnam, and the United States.

Cristal's experience in counseling includes her current role as a mental health counselor-in-training at the University of Wisconsin-Superior, where she provides TRE guidance and co-practice sessions to individuals impacted by trauma, stress, depression & anxiety. She is also an instructor in meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises.
