Monica Weber

Since my youth I am looking for connections between scientific research and holistic body experiences. This interest of the connections between Body and Soul guided me first to Chiropractic, then to Network Spinal Analysis and Somatic Experiencing, which enhanced my understanding of Stress and Trauma and the automic nervous system (Fight, Flight, Freeze and Regulation). In the past years my interest expanded to include Orthomolecular Medicine and Myofascial Therapies. A special focus of my practice is to teach methods of self regulation. TRE has impressed me with how easy to learn and how effective it is. The fascination and my kwledge about these interconnections influence my daily practice as a Chiropractor. I teach TRE to individuals and in small groups. My spare time I like to spend with my family and friends, with our pets and in nature. I am married and mother of a son born 2002.
