Hola, it is Ola!
My 12-year journey to well-being began after I overcame severe burut, which gives me a deep understanding of personal struggles. I'm a trained TRE Provider (Tension, Stress & Trauma Release), Somatic and Health Coach, Advanced Hyptherapist, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner, and Motivational Interviewer.

Previously, I collaborated with the NHS (the UK's National Health Service) and social enterprises to promote well-being. I also have a professional background in law and the charity sector.

I specialise in helping people manage stress, release trauma, women's health and navigate ADHD and Autism. My unique approach combines body and mind based techniques to create a personalised path to well-being.

I offer individual sessions, workshops, retreats, and corporate sessions, all designed to create safe spaces and foster warmth, compassion, and empowerment.
