Raki Lyons

My main inspirations of life being Nature, animals, anatomy, the body, the mind and the development of consciousness through the body and meditation, and on accessing the body’s innate kwledge and capacity to heal itself, has made TRE the most passionate of journeys, its simplicity and purity are attractive but it is a very powerful self help tool and I am continually amazed and humbled by the effects and positive results the TRE process has on myself and others. It can be paced in such a way that results can be slowly integrated and changes can take place with strain, loss of stability, empowering and grounding one to become more resilient and free at many levels.
I am deeply grateful for Dr. David Berceli’s work and the support and guidance I had and still receive from all the wonderful tutors and look forward to providing this self-empowering and self-healing method to as many people willing and ready.
