I am a TRE Provider, providing support to help you connect with your incredible in-built stress releaser!
I offer TRE facilitation online over zoom, in individual sessions, as well as a weekly Sunday Shake class to help us get centred and at ease for the week ahead.
I am also a Clinical Hyptherapist and in my other therapeutic work use additional supportive modalities to help release you to your innate freedom of mind and body, such as EFT and Breath.
