Elvire is a dedicated facilitator of psychedelics, breathwork and somatic healing. Initially drawn to working in the field of mental care, Elvire’s journey began with a degree in Psychology—but despite years of personal therapy and self-awareness, she noticed that her anxious patterns remained unchanged. This realization sparked a deeper inquiry beyond talk therapy, guiding her toward embodied healing.

Elvire was first introduced to plant medicine through her family, sparking a personal healing journey that led her to train with the Synthesis Institute.
