Anne Salazar

Anne is a registered professional member of the American Herbalist Guild, and is a practicing clinical herbalist. She has been in practice and teaching herbal medicine for over 30 years. Her background is in Western and Eastern herbal medicine, as well as functional nutrition. In addition she has taught midwifery students and practitioners how to use herbal medicine in practice. Anne has extensive experience in private consulting + creating personal protocols for patients. She specializes in women’s health + boasts practice with all types of health challenges, for people of all ages including infants and children.

She has also had extensive experience working in the Integrative Medicine field; understanding how pharmaceutical medicines can blend safely with natural medicine, as well as understanding the depletions that can occur with pharmaceuticals and how to mitigate those issues.

Anne is also available for mentoring opportunities, from the beginner who is looking to be a practicing herbalist or wants to gain more knowledge for personal/home use, to the more advanced practitioner who is looking to build their clinical herbal skills.
