Hello. In my favorite book, Braiding Sweetgrass, the author Robin Wall Kemmerer says that in many Native languages, the word for plant translates as, "those who take care of us." So beautiful! And I can relate to this so much because of my own healing journey as I used herbs to recover from severe lupus, ankylosing spondylitis, and fibromyalgia.

And now I'm deeply grateful to have the privilege and honor of being able to work with clients in my practice who are also on their healing journey. Through my 90 day Holistic Wellness Programs, supporting them as they build good health with herbs, holistic nutrition, healthy diet and lifestyle, and health coaching.
