Autumn Starks

I am the founding therapists of Starks Therapy Group located in Oak Park, IL. I am a level 3 trained IFS therapist and have been working with clients in this modality for over 10 years. I graduated from the IPI PAP program in December of 2022.

Currently I am doing IV and IM Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in partnership with AyaFusion Wellness and sublingual KAP in our office in Oak Park. We are also developing a KAP focused internship in 2023 as a practice. I provide prep and integration sessions with a harm reduction lens for folks doing their own medicine work. I provide IFS supervision and consultation on starting a thriving private or group practice. I work with client from a Health at Every Size perspective and am LGBTQIA+ affirming.

I, Autumn, do not accept insurance and am taking only adult clients at this time. The rest of the practice is in network with BCBS PPO IL and sees kids and teens as well. Clinicians on the team use approaches such as Art Therapy, EMDR, ACT, CBT, DBT, IFS and other modalities.
