We’re spinning through the galaxy, on a swirling planet, having appeared here out of nowhere, and destined to return to where we came from. What will you do with your time here? Let’s explore that. I work best with people asking some variation of the following questions: “What am I doing with my life? How did I get here? Why is this happening? Is this it? What the hell is going on?“ All honest questions and great starting points for developing more depth, meaning and purpose in your life. Our work together will be about expanding your ability to take in your full experience. I don’t sit silently or passively throughout our session but instead lean into your world to contribute to expanding your sense of yourself, your patterns, your process, and your experiences. I believe in the power of the psyche to surface what needs attention and honor what arises as wise and necessary. I work with you to explore what’s there and to develop the capacity to integrate it into your life and worldview.
