In my private practice, I have been passionate about teaching my clients, workshop and seminar attendees as well various organizations all over the Southeast how to get better at stress, stop procrastinating and stay motivated while we work on healthy habits and happy, joyful and peaceful living. I am open to multiple modalities so we can find what works best for you and meeting your goals. My favorite healthy habit to teach is meditation. The benefits of meditation are astounding. I see it as an ethical obligation to pass this knowledge on so all of my clients learn a practice of silence and how to make it a habit that lasts a lifetime. I believe that the magic of meditation is something that we all truly desire but, ain’t it the damnest thing!? It seems everyone wants to do it but barely anyone actually does. My life’s mission is not only to teach as many people as I can this invaluable and life-changing practice, but to also show how meditation can simply and wonderfully become a part of your everyday living. I also use hypnotherapy quite often as it is an is also an amazing way to get what you want into your life without added stress or cognitive work. Together, we can make whatever you want to change in life, a new healthy habit that lasts. It’s time. You deserve this.
