I offer tele/online sessions for general clinical hypnotherapy, psychedelic integration support, medical support clinical hypnotherapy (with health care/mental health provider's clearance), as well as regression therapy (Past life, inter-life, natal) via secure, HIPAA compliant Zoom. At this point I am not offering in-person services. My work involves collaborating with my client to decide exactly what they want to achieve, to design therapeutic suggestions together using the language of the subconscious, then to guide/facilitate deep relaxation and trance via hypnosis, and finally to guide them in doing their own work with the subconscious and superconscious mind. It is a deeply held conviction of mine that we all possess the inner resources to know thyself, heal our body and mind, and ultimately to become the master of our own mind. What I offer is assistance in discovering or reconnecting with these internal resources and innate wisdom. I practice a dynamic, client-centered approach to hypnotherapy, and every session is customized to meet my client's individual needs. Sessions typically last from 45-60 minutes, with no extra charge for sessions that run long. First session can be up to 90 minutes, to include initial interview and intake as well as hypnotherapy.
