In individual therapy (with or without psychedelics), I help my clients identify thoughts and emotions which - if left to run on auto pilot - cause us pain, lead us to wrong decisions, and make us feel anxious, angry, depressed, unhappy. We explore how earlier life experiences are still present in the automatic (and unconscious) response patterns of our bodies and nervous systems, and work not only with thoughts and emotions but also with the body. In couples therapy (with or without psychedelics), I help the couple resolve both the problems they have as a couple (communication, trust, intimacy, sex, infidelity, conflicts, family planning, divorce, abuse etc.) and the problems of one or both of the partners that seem to contribute to their challenges as a couple.
