I specialize in helping neurodivergent people with sensitive nervous systems, including the presentations commonly referred to as Autistic, Highly Sensitive People, and people with ADHD. Not everyone identifies with these terms but for many, they are helpful and provide a road map for maneuvering life's challenges.
