Psychedelic work begins from the moment you begin considering engaging with these medicines. In reading this bio, you've already begun to prepare for the work ahead. To contemplate what is desired, what is possible, and what is needed. Likely you are hearing from some parts of yourself who are excited at the potential here and others that are more apprehensive or concerned. I welcome these parts as we explore and trust your inner sense of whats right for you. Each client begins with a 30 minute free consultation to mutually consider fit and timing. If we decide to proceed from there we will engage in 1-3 preparation sessions in advance of your journey. These sessions are meant to help cultivate an intention for your work, plan a ritual that will be meaningful for you, and physically and practically prepare for the experience. This will be followed by medicine work and integration sessions which could involve multiple medicine sessions and longer term individual or group integration sessions to maintain your growth and transformation.
