What will it feel like? - No nonsense approach - it will feel like a challenge! - One of the most rich and fruitful ways to engage in the therapeutic process is to have very painful and uncomfortable conversations about the self and experience. sometimes relational patterns will also play out in the therapeutic relationship, which we can then examine and become curious about - Encouragement for empowerment, self-compassion, lightheartedness, and playfulness - these are essential when doing the work How I facilitate “the work” - Psychodynamic interventions to highlight patterns obtained through attachment style and lived experiences with others and how that impacts the view and role of the self in relation to others, which will help you understand your relationships and how to navigate/nurture healthier more fulfilling relationships - Deepened connection with physical body (and, thus, the psyche) through guidance through somatic work and breathwork Restored cognitive control through mindfulness, meditation, and CBT-techniques - Jungian-influenced self-exploration through shadow, persona, projections, archetypes, and connection with personal and collective unconscious - Existential exploration through spiritual and religious avenues - Trauma processing - Psychedelic integration and/or numinous experience integration (e.g.: unconscious material such as synchronicities, dreams, visions
