Establishing a trusting, comfortable environment is, I believe, essential for successful healing to occur. We may meet weekly or every other week, or on an as-needed basis. I believe that preparing your "Set" via preparation sessions and then using integration sessions to incorporate your learning into your day-to-day life are essential parts of your experience.
