At The Path to Conscious Healing, I offer psychedelic integration therapy and individual psychotherapy services to adults 18+. Services are trauma-informed, culturally-inclusive and responsive, and focused on harm reduction. Both in-person and virtual services are available. In-person sessions are held at a convenient office location in Kirkwood, MO. Virtual services are an option for most individuals in the majority of U.S. States (39+). I strive to provide a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for inner exploration and healing, with focus on building trust and connection in the therapeutic relationship. Through the support of the therapeutic alliance, we are better equipped to face our inner struggles, leading to increased self-awareness and understanding. Self-understanding fosters compassion for ourselves, which in turn leads to increased self-acceptance, including learning to accept parts of ourselves and our stories that are difficult to acknowledge. As compassion and acceptance blossom, we move towards fully embracing and loving our whole authentic selves. As we change, our relationships change. With increased compassion and acceptance for ourselves, we are more capable of extending these to others. We begin to interact differently with ourselves, shifting how we relate to others and the world around us. We grow more connected to others, recognizing that we are united by our shared vulnerabilities, common struggles, and deservedness of love.
