Everyone is welcome. Shannon works internationally and does most of her work over the phone and through Zoom. She meets you where you are at and tailors each session to your individual needs at that time. Shannon creates a warm welcoming container for all parts of your self to show up where you are at that moment. She is focused on working hard and going deep; yet brings a light hearted approach and often humor if appropriate. She shows up and brings her whole self and invites you to do the same, not just the “injured parts.” For many years Shannon has gotten the feedback that she goes deeper and gets to the root of the issues faster than most, yet somehow makes therapy an enjoyable healing journey.
