I still LOVE in person clients. I maintain an office and, even during the thick of Covid, I was seeing clients. Out of necessity and ease of accessibility, virtual works well too. I take a very curious and non directive role in therapy. I am not the expert in anyone's life... even my own half the time! I am a loving space holder and allow natural processing. Sometimes, that involves tools that I have. Many people come to me feeling stuck and their best thinking is just getting them in a rut. My goal is to help them find a path out of that. Psychedelics are SUCH a shortcut!!!
