Jill Exner

I am an RN with over 30 years of experience in grief and end of life. I have spent the last 7 years being a hospice/palliative care nurse for pediatric patients as well as adult/seniors. Along with my many years of practical experience I completed an end of life doula training with studies in different psychedelic modalities and grief education certification with David Kessler. My hope is to be able to guide people with my experience and tools to healing and peace during their grief journey.
I have years of experience in grief and death, professionally and personally but grief is very personal. I have tools I can “teach” but everyone has the answers inside of them we may just need a guide to unlock it. Grief is universal. There is no right or wrong to grieve nor is there a certain timeline to complete grieving. It is an ongoing process and my hope is to be able to bring understanding and that may be as simple as having someone to listen. There are many kinds of grief from the loss of a loved one to getting a terminal diagnosis, to losing a pet or anticipating losses. I am open to exploring any of them with you.
