I am Adriana and I am devoted to the wisdom of the body.
I’m trained as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, have a Masters in Neurosciences ​and am currently certifying as a Sexological Intimacy Coach & Sexological Bodyworker.

I merge the scientific background with my extensive training in embodiment and holistic practices to support gentle hearted humans with the presence, the safety and the courage to come home to their bodies and live life with more ease and pleasure.

Fluent in English and Portuguese, am offering online sessions worldwide and in person in Portugal.
