Alison Gray

Alison graduated from McMaster University with an M.A. in 1997 and a BHSc. (Physiotherapy) in 1999. She has lived and worked in Stratford, ON, since 2005. She is currently the Clinic Team Manager of Stratford and Tavistock Physiotherapy Centres. Alison is a Credentialed McKenzie Therapist and Certified by the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada. Alison has focused her training on pelvic floor rehabilitation, pelvic pain, pre and postnatal physiotherapy and continence training. She has completed multiple pelvic health courses with Pelvic Health Solutions, has a level 2 certification in The Hypopressive Method, completed courses in The Rost approach to pelvic girdle and low back pain in pregnancy. Alison has training in coping with sexual dysfunction and has completed training in Bulletproof Your Core with Antony Lo to aid women in fitness, crossfit and HIIT programs with their pelvic floors. More recently Alison has become qualified to work and fit pessaries, work with clients with pudendal neuralgia and aid clients with oncology and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Physical Therapist
