Amanda Peled

Amanda Peled, PT, DPT earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Touro School of Health Sciences. She completed her specialty coursework in pelvic rehabilitation through the Herman & Wallace Institute and The Academy of Pelvic Health. As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist Amanda specializes in working with people who are experiencing pelvic pain, fecal/urinary incontinence, constipation, urinary urgency, prolapse, sexual dysfunction, and musculoskeletal impairments that can occur during and after pregnancy.

Amanda’s interest in physical therapy stem from her own experiences as a recipient of physical therapy. Her involvement with physical therapy from a young age helped her realize the uniqueness and complexity of the human body, as well as the importance of helping others. Amanda’s goal is to improve her patients’ quality of life and to provide individualized treatment techniques. Her plan of care involves educating and empowering patients, giving them the tools they need to heal.
