Brooke Miller is the owner/founder of PeakRx Therapy, a private practice clinic specializing in helping women navigate and achieve fitness goals while dealing with pelvic floor and other orthopedic disorders. Issues such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, painful bladder syndrome, and general hip/low back pain, should not sideline us or keep us from moving!
