Brooke Winder

Dr. Brooke Winder is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist who specializes in pelvic floor issues for performing artists and other athletes. She is a Board Certified Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, a BASI-Certified Pilates Instructor, and a certified POPUp Pro (specialized training in working with those who have pelvic organ prolapse). Brooke is also an educator, serving as Associate Professor for the Department of Dance at California State University, Long Beach, where she teaches anatomy, injury risk reduction, conditioning, Pilates, and provides wellness care. Her mission is to help people who love movement to return to the active lifestyle and level of performance that makes them truly fulfilled.
