Caryn Phillips

Caryn is the founder of MomLife Health and Wellness in Medfield,, MA. She has been practicing as a pelvic health physical therapist for over 13 years. She has completed numerous trainings focusing on prenatal and postpartum exercise and athleticism, yoga for pelvic pain, myofascial and visceral manual techniques, bowel dysfunction, mind-body connection, dry needling, and more. She is also certified as a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach. In addition to patient care, Caryn assisted in developing a new pelvic health program in a major Boston hospital.
