Colleen Starczak

I am a physical therapist specializing in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction. I have been in practice since 2002 and am the owner of Catalyze Physical Therapy and Pilates, through which I provide mobile, in-home treatment to women with a variety of diagnoses including but not limited to Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome, Vulvodynia, PGAD, Pudendal Neuralgia, pain during intercourse, urinary and fecal incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, diastasis rectus abdominis, pregnancy or postpartum related issues, pelvic girdle pain, SIJ joint dysfunction, hip or back pain, constipation, IBS, hysterectomy, issues related to menopause. All sessions are one-on-one for at least 1 hour with me in the privacy of the patient's home. I am passionate about providing the highest quality care to this underserved and underrecognized population. I am also trained to teach Pilates on the mat and reformer through Balanced Body.
