I am a pelvic floor Physical Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor and Life/Health Coach. Currently in Pilates Teacher Training Program.

I have 18 years experience as a Physical Therapist across the lifespan and specialize in Pelvic Health. I am trained in myofascial release, cupping, kinesiotaping, dry needling, Maitland and Mackenzie techniques.
My passion is helping people get out of pain and resolve their concerns so they can live a full life.
