I help mamas and future mamas who are struggling with physical stress and back pain to restore optimal balance to their systems, so that they can enjoy conceiving. carry baby more comfortably, have empowered births, and recover well postpartum.
In addition to being a Webster Certified Perinatal Chiropractor, I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Child Birth Educator, and VBAC mama.
Supporting you in obtaining your #momgoals AND stepping into your gifts and power as mother is my passion and number one priority.
