Dr. Andrea Nied, PT, DPT, Certified Pilates Matwork Instructor

"I help women get rid of pelvic pain, back pain, and leaking in order to return to the Colorado mountain activities they love."

Andrea received her Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2011 from the University of Kansas Medical Center. She moved to Arvada, CO shortly after graduation and worked in geriatrics and orthopedics. In 2016, Andrea decided to begin her training with pelvic floor physical therapy after the birth of her daughter. In 2018, Andrea and her family moved to London, UK for her husband's work opportunity. She obtained her UK Physiotherapy license and started a ortho and pelvic floor practice. She was trained with the "Mummy MOT" postnatal rehabilitation program, which is widely recognized in the UK. She received her Matwork Pilates Certification with APPI while in London. In 2021, Andrea and her family moved back to Arvada and she is now opening her own pelvic floor physical therapy practice in Colorado. Andrea has done her pelvic floor training with Herman and Wallace and is working towards her PRPC. She most enjoys working with postpartum women get back to their active lifestyles.
