Dr. Andrea Trombley

Dr. Andrea Trombley, is an experienced physical therapist and yoga teacher, specializing in the treatment of conditions related to the spine, hip and pelvis. She owns a private practice in Shelburne, VT. Dr. Trombley works one-on-one in a boutique clinic where healing begins the as soon as you enter the space. Dr. Trombley helps adults get back to the fit and healthy lifestyle they want to enjoy with their friends and family. Dr. Trombley has extensive experience helping both women and men overcome longstanding low back pain, and has used yoga as a way of including much needed movement into everyday activities to help achieve long-term relief. She is also passionate about helping women regain core control (bladder, abdominals) after childbirth - even if that child is now an adult! The spine, the core and the pelvic floor - all connected, and all treatable, no matter what started the pain and dysfunction.
