Dr. Blair Green

Catalyst Physical Therapy is a concierge practice with a focus on prenatal, post-partum and pelvic health. I like to focus on the things that matter most: commitment to my patients and attention to detail. I like to tackle simple as well as complex problems and have a special interest in supporting all women who are expecting or who have had children. I utilize a holistic approach, combining manual therapies, Pilates, strength training and education. It is my belief that #momsmatter and need to be supported in the healthcare system.
In addition to my clinical practice, I am also a faculty member for Myopain Seminars, teaching the Dry Needling for Pelvic Floor Dysfunction course, and for Evidence in Motion in the beginner and advanced pelvic health programs. Fitness Pro | Physical Therapist
