Dr. Marissa Eisengart

As a UCSF-educated Doctor of Physical Therapy who believes that our bodies and emotional experiences of the world are intimately connected, Dr. Marissa Eisengart brings a whole-person approach to care. She specializes in supporting individuals during pregnancy, in preparation for birth, in immediate and long-term postpartum healing, and for proactive wellness and rehabilitation across the lifespan.

At Liminal Physical Therapy + Wellness, she offers inclusive, evidence-based and intuitive care around pregnancy, birth preparation, and postnatal healing; pelvic + abdominal health; comprehensive lymphedema care; and general holistic physical therapy, incorporating rehabilitative Pilates and mindfulness practices. She is a certified Pilates for rehabilitation instructor through the well-respected Polestar Pilates Education program; and a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) through Klose Training.
