Clemens Physical Therapy PLLC is a physical therapist owned practice specializing in pelvic floor rehabilitation and chronic pain in men, women, and children. We offer treatment for incontinence, pre-post pregnancy, constipation, and pelvic pain including dyspareunia, vulvodynia, interstitial cystitis, IBS, vaginismus, chronic non-bacterial prostatitis, pelvic myalgia. fibromyalgia, TMJ jaw pain, headaches, chronic neck and back pain, and osteoporosis. Dr. Clemens is a Board Certified Specialist in Women's Health and Orthopedics as well as a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists.
