Hannah Poe

Hannah Poe PT, DPT specializes is a pelvic floor PT and treats patients in their own homes. Her specialty is pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. She has worked with patients during pregnancy or postpartum since 2011, and started performing immediate postpartum sessions to decrease risk of long term complications in 2017. She has a passion for helping people through the journey of pregnancy, managing concerns that arise and preparing for birth, as well as preparing for recovery after birth. After birth, Hannah works with new parents as early as they are comfortable to help them heel from birth and adjust to moving their body after birth. Later postpartum she helps her patients return to their healthy, active lives including managing diastasis recti, pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, and many other concerns.

Hannah has a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University in Savannah (previously known as Armstrong Atlantic State University). She also has an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Georgia. Hannah has completed extensive post doctoral training in pelvic floor physical therapy, pregnancy and postpartum care.
