Jamie Kocher

Dr. Jamie Kocher is a leading expert in women’s health and fitness.

She graduated from Saint Louis University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She has advanced education in exercise science, pregnancy & postpartum fitness, core rehabilitation including diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction, joint pain, and overuse injuries in female athletes.

Over the last 15+ years as a physical therapist and fitness specialist, Dr. Jamie has worked with athletes of all ages, helping them exercise and perform to their upmost potential free of physical limitations.

She works with a wide range of clients from those who enjoy strength training, yoga, and pilates, to recreational sports, to competitive athletes like marathon runners and olympic weight lifters.
