Jandra Mueller

Jandra (pronounced like “Sandra” with a “J”) is a pelvic health physical therapist at The Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center (PHRC) and the clinic director of the Encinitas, CA location. In addition to her doctorate in Physical Therapy, she also has her Master of Science degree in nutrition and integrative health. Jandra utilizes a patient-centered, integrative, and holistic approach to find solutions that are individualized to a person’s needs and wants. Her focus in clinical practice is on complex pelvic pain conditions, functional GI disorders in both women and men, as well as hormonal imbalances involved in pelvic pain conditions. Our focus at PHRC is pelvic health, which requires assessment and treatment of the whole body and whole person. Treatment is individualized to the patients needs and goals and involves biomechanical assessments, exercises, and manual therapies to address the whole body, not just the pelvis.
