Jenna Holmes

Jenna graduated from Shenandoah University with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008. She is a Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and she has received extensive training through the Herman and Wallace Institute, Pelvic Guru and Pelvic PT Rising to support her focus on treating people with pelvic floor dysfunction. She also has experience working with CrossFit athletes and weight lifters.
