Our mission is to improve the body, mind and spirit by employing a dynamic team approach that combines conventional and alternative therapy techniques. We are a Health and Wellness Studio offering a multi-disciplinary approach. On staff we have PT, OMT, RMT, Lic.Ac. (TCM), yoga, and pilates. Our PT’s and OMT's have advanced training in women’s health such as: hormonal imbalances; fertility issues; gynecological issues, such as endometriosis and pain with ovulation and/or menstruation; fibroids; pre and postnatal care; pelvic floor dysfunction; incontinence; pelvic organ prolapse; diastasis recti; pelvic floor health; and sexual trauma. Our RMT is a Women’s Health Coach student in training (with IWHI). Other specialties include: concussions; PTSD; and pediatrics such as autism, ADHD, Plagiocephaly, etc.. Many of our staff have advanced training in orthopedic manual therapy.
