Jessie Weinberg PT, DPT, CSCS

Hi! My name is Jessie and I am a pelvic floor physical therapist. I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and moved to the east coast to earn my Doctorate in Physical Therapy at New York University. I am also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

My initial interest in pelvic health stemmed from exposure during PT school which provided powerful insight into gender bias and how pelvic health concerns, especially women’s, are often dismissed. My mission is to provide a restorative environment to encourage and empower my clients to connect with and heal their bodies.

I have extensive experience practicing pelvic floor physical therapy including previously establishing the Pelvic Health Program for a large physical therapy practice and acting as the Program Director, mentoring dozens of other Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists. I have and continue to stay current with continuing education courses on topics including pelvic pain, exercise and pregnancy, postpartum rehabilitation, bowel and sexual dysfunction.

My passion for pelvic health extends to acting as a lecturer on pelvic floor physical therapy at both New York University and Columbia University, and serving as teaching assistant for multiple pelvic floor continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute.
