I pride myself on working with women who experience symptoms that may be related to pelvic floor dysfunction. Through years of treating women while pregnant, postpartum, and/or who have pelvic floor symptoms, I recognize the barrier that women may experience in receiving appropriate treatment and education regarding these conditions. It is imperative that each women feels safe throughout her treatment, and I continuously foster a patient-therapist relationship based on trust and communication.

I am a certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, and have completed Level 1, Level 2A and Level 2B of the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Floor Provider series.
